From 28 to 30 August Carcare (SV) will again host the ancient cattle fair, an event created to enhance the agricultural and livestock of the area and raise awareness of the companies present in the area of the Bormida Valley and Piedmont. In Valle Bormida is practiced cattle raising Piedmontese beef.
Carcare's historic centre, near the ancient bridge over the river Bormida, will host every year, the fair, which will be accompanied by culinary events dedicated to local products, cultural events, exhibitions, literary festivals and exhibition of agricultural machinery.
