South Tyrol is a land of flavours and its inhabitants know how to enhance the quality of local products. The Festival of taste South Tyrol has become a regular event for local and international visitors, the highlight for this cradle of flavor and for its quality products.

This year, from 29 to 31 May, gourmet summit gathers in Bolzano, the capital of the province, the 15 quality products of South Tyrol, veritable sensory temptations, all marked by a label or a European name. For the 3 ^ time parading on the catwalk the South Tyrolean Apple PGI (protected geographical indication), Speck Alto Adige PGI, Alto Adige DOC wines (registered designation of origin) and the products with the South Tyrol quality seal. During the three days of the festival, local gastronomy will demonstrate what you can create with these quality products. The programme will provide information and entertainment for young and old.
