Part from Rio Marina, from restaurant Mambo with "the miner", the initiative of Confesercenti and Accademia Italiana della cucina, delegation. An idea aimed at enhancing menus and wine products of the territory, involving some very good restaurants on the island of Elba.

The exhibition offers an overview of small food and wine events, with local products and themed dinners for a fixed price, which sees the involvement of eight restaurants Elba among the best known: the dinners are held according to a weekly calendar March 13 Friday to develop local part of locally until 29 May.

To underline the presence, in the criteria by which the menus have been developed by the chefs of the eight restaurants, mesmerizing themes such as that offered by the restaurant "Onion" of Rio Elba, that by matching its tasty seafood dishes at the increasingly popular beer of Elba has titled his dinner onion "ferment".
