For two days the town of Cossano Belbo, in the province of Cuneo, comes alive with a varied programme that offers up the local food and wine but also sets and shows artistic and entertainment for everyone. Celebrating the suffix "In" you can taste the Ravioli al plin, Tajarin, Salamin, Trifolin, flour of Mulin and Furmentin: precious local delicacy protagonists of Saturday night dinner and Sunday lunch, to be enjoyed through a wandering in the historic centre of the town.
Marine mill will once again host the famous master Gabriele pizza Ball that from 18.30 on Saturdays making different delicacies with the same flour mill and the country will be celebrating, waiting for the firework display in music scheduled at 23.30. On Sunday, a gathering of 60 's, and scooters, as well as lunch, new this year: In ... vitante wine tasting four dishes paired with four wines. Will be proposed: the salami of Langa with Favored Langhe DOC, Risotto alla "BABIS" with Alta Langa DOCG, pork leg to "BALL" in a crust of bread to the PGI Piedmont hazelnut enkir tagliolini, sweethearts with Moscato D'Asti DOCG. The "race of Patin", flag wavers, the falconry and many street performers round out the entertainment. Admission is free but to enjoy the food and wine we will spend "SAGRIN" (1 Euro 1, available at sagrin matches). Two days dedicated to wine and food, local traditions, culture, hospitality, but above all at the party.
