XIX “Tommaso Salvatori”, è esposta la meteorite caduta sulla città di Fermo nel 1996, ritenuta dal C.N.R. una delle più scientificamente rappresentative tra quelle conosciute e sono visitabili due pregevoli collezioni di macchine fotografiche antiche e di pipe storiche. Un posto d’eccellenza merita, nel- l’offerta culturale fermana, il settecentesco Teatro Comunale dell’Aquila, tra i più belli e più grandi delle Marche: un ambiente prestigioso, ancora impreziosito dai fondali storici del Sanquirico e dall’affresco centrale opera di Cochetti; oltre a rappresentare uno dei beni culturali più apprezzati della Città, vi si svolgono importanti stagioni di spettacolo, da quella lirica, alla sinfonica, a quella di prosa, secondo una tradizione plurisecolare che ha visto le sue scene calcate dai più grandi nomi dello spettacolo internazionale.
