Culurgiones can be prepared at any time of the year and during any holiday, such as Easter lunch. Ingredients for the dough:
– 220 GM durum wheat re-milled semolina
– 80 g of "00" flour
– 150 g water
-1 spoonful of olive oil

– grated fresh pecorino 70gr
