Casatiello Neapolitan

Grandmother Anna explains this traditional recipe in a very simple way.

Ingredients:
1 kg. flour
3 cubes of yeast (for a fragrant casatiello which remains even after a week. If you want you can decrease your dose).
200 gr. lard (pork fat)
100 gr. romano cheese
100 gr. Parmesan cheese
6/8 eggs
150 gr. Bacon
100 gr. sweet provolone
100 gr. salami
150 gr. pork cracklings (cicoli)
