Noodles on board

The noodles on Board (the table to make the dough), are an ancient first Marche dish now almost disappeared.

The dressing is a sauce-not a tomato and vegetable pasta sauce – you use, tagliatelle, tagliolini or fettuccine, must be exclusively homemade egg and fresh, preferably by hand.
