Conto alla rovescia per la 2 Edition di Le Migliori Marche, an initiative that gives a nod to made in Marche with the best food and wine offered by 32 activities that have joined the project organized by the municipality of Macerata Marche Institute in collaboration with Confartigianato Imprese di Tutela Vini.
Objective of the best brands, scheduled Friday and Saturday 22 and 23 May, disclose local peculiarities that contribute, together with the cultural heritage, to characterize the made in Italy. In the best brands you will measure the ability of local chefs and bartenders offer dishes of memory and identity products. This binds a particular attention to cultural heritage and childhood with guided tours and workshops for children.

Scheduled for Friday 22 may:
16 hourspiazza della Libertà, animated presentation of the book Aggiungi un gioco a tavola, an initiative of the University of Macerata and the laboratory of ideas to raise awareness among children towards a taste of quality through a playful relationship with food.
17 hoursPanoramic tour of the civic Tower, Aperitivo and tasting of typical products by IMT, AIS, Confartigianato imprese, Varnelli, three valleys. Entrance 5 euros, with reservations required at number 0733.256361.
18 hours, nella Civica enoteca maceratese, I prodotti Varnelli in pasticceria, cooking show by the provincial association chefs Antonio Nebbia. Features Master Pastry Chef Roberto Cantalacqua. Reservations required 0733.234399 number from Wednesday to Sunday hours 10-13 and 17-20.

ore 18, in Macerata, Le Marche wine to Civic sapor di vino, presentation of the book by Clare Gamal and IMT.
Dalle ore 19, the second and final evening with wine tasting and appetizers on the premises.
