From 24 to 26 April 2015 Vieste, in the province of Foggia, will be the scenario of the 31st edition of "The boy and folklore - meeting with the new generations", three days of international youth folklore organized by the Italian Federation of Popular Traditions. In addition to some premises and Apulians, folk group groups from Sardinia, Calabria, Lombardy, Sicily and Basilicata will arrive on the Gargano. Abroad will be represented by Egypt, New Guinea, Ivory Coast and Chad.
In the broad program, the Ethnographic Documentary Review should be highlighted, now in its 10th edition, which this year will have "Water" as its theme. This is a competition aimed at promoting research and related cinematographic documentaries on national and international ethnographic heritage.
